Your package will be delivered by Dynalogic. You will receive an email notification when your order will be shipped. If the scheduled delivery date doesn't suit you, you can easily reschedule it through the Dynalogic email.
In the shipment confirmation email, you will find a track-and-trace code to monitor your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Please provide your mobile number at checkout if you wish to receive an SMS notification 30 minutes before your package is delivered. We offer neighbor delivery; feel free to add a comment in the Dynalogic e-mail specifying which neighbor you prefer.
Our delivery times vary depending on your location and the day of your order. However, we guarantee delivery within a week. Orders are dispatched weekly on Tuesdays, with the aim of reaching you by the following Wednesday.
